How does Marquee work?Subscribe – Choose a monthly plan that fits your needs. Select Your Pieces – Browse our curated collection and pick the styles you love. Wear & Enjoy – Keep your items for the month or swap them sooner. Return & Refresh – Send back your pieces by your next billing date to receive your next selection.

What subscription plans are available?We offer flexible plans based on the number of items per month. More details on pricing can be found on the Subscriptions page.

Can I buy the items I rent?Yes! If you fall in love with an item, you’ll have the option to purchase it.

How do I return my items?We provide a prepaid return label with every order. Simply pack your items and send them back by your next billing date.

What happens if I damage or lose an item?Minor wear is expected, but if an item is lost or significantly damaged beyond repair, you may be responsible for a fee.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?Yes! You can pause or cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.

Can I exchange items if they don’t fit?Yes! We want you to love your selections. If an item doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery through our exchange form. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we’ll do our best to find you the perfect fit. To keep our service running smoothly, we allow one free exchange per billing cycle for fit-related issues. Additional exchanges may be subject to a small processing fee.

How do I request an exchange?To request an exchange: Submit a request via our exchange form within 3 days of receiving your order. Select a reason for exchange (e.g., too small, too large) (Optional) Upload a photo showing the fit issue. Once approved, we'll send a replacement item based on availability.

What if I need more than one exchange per cycle?Your first fit-related exchange is free. Additional exchanges in the same billing cycle will require a small processing fee of $15 to cover shipping and handling.

How are items cleaned between rentals?Each item is professionally cleaned using eco-friendly, high-quality methods to ensure safety and freshness.
